There Are No Legitimate Home Based Medical Billing Jobs (meaning that you are hired by a billing company, practice, hospital, insurance carrier, etc. to perform the task of processing the overflow of claims that the company has acquired). Medical transcription on the other hand is the type of home based business where you can contract out with companies both regionally and locally to transcribe their workload as a home based job.
