Where to go next???

I graduated last year and earned my diploma in medical billing and coding. So far I havent found a job yet so I decided to continue my education. The problem is I dont know where to go next in earning a degree. Im not sure what online courses to take to help my advance my medical career. Any suggestions on what to earn a bachelors degree in? There are so many choices to look threw...

Hi, I am in the same situation. I am being told by advisors from different colleges that it is better to have a degree, the diploma doesn't mean much even with the certifications. I have been leaning toward a bachelors in Healthcare administration. They are telling me you get to work with computers, records, information ect and that is what I like to do.
The problem I am having is which accredidations for the different schools are important and how do I know if financial aid will cover it all before I sign any papers since I can't find a job obviously I am broke. I hope this helps.
