Does anyone knows of a legitimate billing job online and that's free of charge?? Any comments greatly appreciated. I have been doing billing for six years but don't have any certification.

well that sux. i paid $1200.00 for a home study course to get training to work at home. only work at home program im going to be doing is housework...

Wrong. People can do billing from home but it does take credentials (CCS CPC), referrals, and at least 3-4 years of experience.
Medical Clinics have stacks of un-payed bills they send out to Medical/Workers Comp collection companies. How do you think these companies started out? I know many people who do this but it is not as easy as some of these fly by night schools make it seem. If a school uses that as their selling point, dont go to that school.
