Hi, coders. I am a recruiter for a small and extremely awesome company. We are always looking for new coders to fill some of our open jobs. We really need coders with a couple of years of experience and any AHIMA credentials. These are not entry level positions. To give you a brief overview of our company, we hire coders as full-time employees of ours, not private contractors, which is especially good for you. This means we offer full benefits, paid time off, and paid holidays. We have excellent health benefits and offer disability insurance. Finally, we offer ICD-10 training. I welcome any interested coders to email me with questions and resumes at sashley@oncallconsult.com. I hope to hear from you all! |

What specialties are you looking for? ER? Surgeries? Pro Fee? Inpatient coders? |

Well we look for any coders that possess the experience and credentials I outlined. As for specialties, sometimes our clients want them, and sometimes they don't! The great thing is that I can speak to you and get you ready for any position you qualify for, and then when the right position comes up for you, I can get you in! However, specialties are most welcome. We often need coders that can code both in-patient and out-patient charts, but there are jobs that come up for those that can only code IP or OP or ED. Pro fee, multiple operation systems, injections and infusions, and E&M are some of the most commonly demanded specialties. |

I would like to know if you have job opportunities in Washington or Oregon. |

Sarah, I see that you have no entry level positions. Do you know of anyone that does? I got my Career Diploma in June 2011 in Medical Coding and Billing for both hospital and physician. I am studying and hope to take my CCA certification very soon. I need a job where I can work from my home due to health/mobility issues. |
