How to get leftover Medical Giveaways?

I need some advice. I volunteer for a charity that collects donations and sends them to the troops. We do this monthly and send over about 200 boxes each time. We would like to collect and send over any leftover medical giveaways that the reps would normally just throw away. I know they throw them away because I have seen them in the dumpster at storage facilities. How would I go about contacting the reps to call me to pickup the leftovers? We are a valid 501(c)(3) charity. Any advice would be appreciated.
