Best hospital to intern at in NYC during program?

Hey everyone. I'm planning on getting a second bachelors degree from UMDNJ in Clinical Lab Science. Anyway we have options on which hospitals we can intern at (which can of course lead to a job upon graduation). I would like to intern in NYC which would make it easier to get a job there after graduation. Which is a "better" hospital New York Presbeteryian or Mount Sinai. By "better" I mean a better place to work and higher salaries/benefits packages.
