What is the average uniform for a MT/CLS? Also, I'm thinking about working in Colorado - anyone know what it's like to be a medical technologist here?

It depends on the place. In hospitals, CLSs generally either wear business attire or scrubs. I prefer scrubs just because I don't feel like trying to decide what to wear early in the morning. |

Just curious about the MT/CLS uniform, what do you wear to work? |

I like the way scrubs feel. They are definitely comfortable, and if I buy them big enough, they hold up to my squirmy, active body. That said, the best I can look in them is like the kind of woman who could take down a psychotic patient on meth. Fortunately, lab coats hide a multitude of sartorial sins. |

A weeks worth of sateen dress shirts (wrinkle free, no need to iron out of the dryer), silk ties, flat front pants and loafers. People will be calling you Doctor for no reason. |
