I graduated with a degree in Medical Transcription a year ago. I can't find a job!! They only want people with experience. How do I get the experience if no one will hire me?

I know that is very hard to get started. I can't make any promises but try calling a company called Transolutions. I'm almost positive that they hire newbies. They have a great PTO (paid time off) program. I can't say they are the best company but you could work there long enough to get some experience under your belt. Their website is transolutions.net. I work for a super company called Transcend Services (transcendservices.com), but I think they require experience. Also, if you're not aware of it, there is a website called mtjobs.com, and they list all kinds of MT jobs. Maybe you'll have luck on there.

Good luck and best wishes,
Susan

Call a company called Transolutions, Inc. Their website is transolutions.net. They hire newbies. I worked for them for a while, but it just wasn't a good fit for me. I'm still friends with a couple MTs there, and they have increased their pay rate since I left. Definitely not a bad place to get some experience under your belt. Once you get that experience, I highly recommend a company called Transcend Services. That is where I currently work and love it, but they do require experience. Good luck and God Bless.
