No, I never did find a medical transcription job. It is a very disappointing field, I feel, to get into. They promise work from home jobs, but no one will hire someone to work from home without having previous experience. But there is no where to work to get experience. Everyone wants experience. Not happy at all with this field. I feel as though I wasted my time going to school for it. I have the diploma and still no one will hire me, not as though there are any jobs out there to apply for anyway. And we you are in school for it, everyone tells you how there are tons of jobs for this. Yeah right!!! What a joke! |

Does anyone know of any job sites for seasoned transcriptionist w/o editing or voice recognition to work from home. Have done this over 25 years and with this economy they are paying us what they pay overseas. Any good job listing pages other than MT Jobs or MT Stars. These seem to all be owned by the same people with many being outsourced overseas. |
