Needing experience...

Hi All,

I am presently working a full-time at home position for a local PT/OT Sports & Rehab office in town and I got into this industry to advance and be able to type all kinds of medical reports, but have found finding acute care work is impossible. I would like to either land a position with an online company who is willing to mentor or work with me or helping someone out part-time for 5-10 hours a week so that I can gain some experience. I know I can do this work - but I just need the opportunity to open for me.
Any direction someone has or ideas on what I can do or where I can look other than MTJobs and MTStars, it would be appreciated.
I have my education with Career Step and although I feel I got a good education I have a large school loan to pay back and went into debt again so I could do just that, since no one would hire me without an education. Now I have an education and I still cannot find work because I don't have the experience now.

The people that I honnor to work with that they don't reject anybody, even myself don't have HS DIPLOMA and don't have any experience at all even myself did not speak Eng well but they willing to teach me by heart.
