How did you get your start doing medical writer work, and what career moves did you make to get to your current position?

I had similar inquaries. I am very interested in becomeing a medical writer, but don't quite know the avenue in which to get there, any advice or suggestions would be great. I have a BS and work in the cardiac cath lab for 5 years now as an RCIS CVT.

Why don't you start as a freelance writer? I work from home as a freelance writer and it's great. I work for a company from Demand Studios but there are a ton of other companies that you could work for.
