I love working as a mental ,How ever I think mental health should be pay more money than what they offered today.This job is not for everyone to begin with, you must like and enjoy the job and the patients and have patience to work with this population.As far as miami working as a mental health the is pay less than most state.MentalHealth can lead to a good paying job if only the people will understand the compasion one's must have to give back to the patient that is suffering.
