Account Executives For Positions in North Carolina.

At Victory Financial we provide “Mortgage Victories” for borrowers and the realtors, financial planners, homebuilders, insurance agents and the other financial professionals (Associates) who advise them. Victory Financial is a branch of a federal savings bank that is a mortgage-lending specialist. Our roots are in the real estate business, therefore, we understand the needs of borrowers and the Associates who advise them in the mortgage loan process.

Victory Financial strives to serve our Associates (the true client at Victory) by providing a superior loan experiences for their borrowers, this will always include:
· No lender fee loans without inflation of interest rates to make up for fee revenue
· A wide array of competitive products and interest rates
· An easy to follow, transparent process managed by a professional staff with no surprises at closing
· A commitment to no more tan 30 days from contract to close

As an Account Executive your responsibilities will be:

· Sourcing mortgage loans by establishing relationships with consumers, builders, realtors and other referral sources
· Establishing and maintaining a portfolio of customer and business contacts for potential sales opportunities
· Contacting customers (Associates) to provide information on products and programs
· Providing excellent customer service while delivering loan products in an efficient, expedient, professional manner

Requirements:
High School Diploma
Loan Officer’s License Preferred
Previous Loan Officer Experience Preferred Or Outside Sales Experience
