I am located in the Tampa Bay area in FL. I have 6 years experience processing all loan types including FHA/VA loans. I can process out of state loans as well. I am dependable and very thorough when processing a loan. I get paid directly on the HUD at closing and if your loan does not fund I do not charge. Have you found a contract processor, if not I have 15 years experience in the mortgage business. I have been a loan originator, processor, receptionist.....because I was a part owner. I have papers from the state to prove.
