Fully knowledgeable and experienced in the following mtg loans, conforming, non-conforming, FHA/VA, Streamlines as well, commercial, Jumbo, A-paper and Subprime, short sale and loan modifications! Some of the qualities that I posses are:

* Over 8 years of extensive experience in Loan Processing. (Out of State as well)
* Experience processing Mortgage Loans from start to finish. (Out of State as well)

* Maintain constant contact with Loan Officers on status of their loans by e-mail or by phone call.
* Very aggressive, creative, detailed oriented and I keep all files neat and organized.
* Working knowledge of DU, LP, CALYX POINT, MS APPLICATIONS, PDF Writer, Excel, FHA connection, LDP/GSA, CAIVRS, VA portal
* Proficient with policies and procedures.
* Working knowledge and experience structuring and placing loans with Lenders. .
* Work hand-in-hand with Escrow, Title and Appraiser on ordering and receiving reports.

* Coordinated loan signing with Escrow Officer, Public Notary and Lender Funder to close files on schedule

* Have excellent personal skills.
* A team player, motivated and self starter.
* Excellent writing and composition skills. .
* Maintain constant contact with lenders to stream-line files from approvals/to docs/to recording.

* Maintain constant contact with Lenders Loan Processors, Account Managers and Underwriters.
* Maintain excellent direct communication with all parties involved during the transactions.
