I haven't done loan processing for years now and now I am doing it again and don't remember what submitting a loan LP stands for. Could someone refresh my memory. Thank you

LP is for loan prospector this is a freddie product. Your broker would have to be signed up to run just like DO. Lenders will generally run for you but not all lenders offer LP underwriting so you have to check around. It is a good tool usually will approve when Do will not, But have your broker check because there is usually an adjustment to the interest rate, or yeild spread.

Hi Katy,

I am an experienced senior loan processor in the Midland, TX area. Would you consider working with me to process your loans on a contract basis?

Thanks,

Frank
