I am looking for someone to process my loans. I would like to talk to you about this.

Basic refi,purchase,occasinally arm loans
I guess simply the standard loans.

Fantastic....when do we start?

Personally I feel we need to address certain issues before we begin:

1. I would like a contract regarding our business venture.
2. Pricing for each file

3. My duties as a processor

Do you need a processor to work outside the office that's me. Unable to work in office due to full time position already held. Can work outside the office via fax and email correspondence. I'm well versed in FHA refi and purchase. Please advise
