Fantastic....when do we start?

Personally I feel we need to address certain issues before we begin:

1. I would like a contract regarding our business venture.
2. Pricing for each file

3. My duties as a processor

Please advise

Do you need a processor to work outside the office that's me. Unable to work in office due to full time position already held. Can work outside the office via fax and email correspondence. I'm well versed in FHA refi and purchase. Please advise

Well ... yeah but I will not be able to work out of your office. I'm looking for contract work only at my home. If this is not agreeable then I will have to pass.
