* Maintain constant contact with Loan Officers on status of their loans by e-mail or by phone call.

* Working knowledge of ENCOMPASS, CALYX POINT, MS APPLICATIONS.
* Proficient with DRE's policies and procedures.

* Work hand-in-hand with Escrow, Title and Appraiser on ordering and receiving reports.

* Coordinated loan signing with Escrow Officer, Public Notary and Lender Funder to close files on schedule

* Excellent writing and composition skills.
* Have worked with over 100 lenders.
* Maintain constant contact with lenders to stream-line files from approvals/to docs/to recording.

* Maintain constant contact with Lenders Loan Processors, Account Managers and Underwriters.
* Develop strong relationship with lenders to expand mortgage options to clientele.
* Able to run DU/DO and LP and receive automated approvals.

I am located in the CA. I work from my office and come equipped with all the necessary tools to get the job done. You will benefit a great deal when working with me.

From past experience, I close nearly 80% of the files. As you may already know most turn downs are from appraisal reviews/DTIs and ever changing credit guide-lines. My turn around time for processing is approximately 2 to 3 weeks. I charge on a per closed file basis.
