I have been an in house mortgage loan processor for over 10 years and for the past 3 years have only managed to get the standard % in raise..I am curious to see if more money can be made if I start contract processing? If so, how would I even begin to start doing this? I never realized the processing was contracted out.

I haven't...that's what I am trying to get info on. I currently work for a large commercial bank in their mortgage department and am tired of the corporate world not giving out any raises although their bottom lines continue to grow.
