I have a degree in computer Programming/Information Systems. I have 4 years as production support analyst. Now, I want to get out of production support into network admin/engineer. I don't have any cert and no experience in network admin. Can someone please help? I need to know the steps I have to take to become a network admin.

sorry response a bit late but get certified! a+, n+, s+, server+, ccna, mcse, etc. note that having a certification without experience can be a challenge too... good luck!
