Do you think loyalty would help you to keep your job? Just curious to see what you thing about this! Or what about if you kiss up to your boss, would that help you? |

Ha!Ha! Employers do not care at all. So long as you are there to do the job. They could care less about anything else. Present employer sends us home whenever our schedule is light. We have to use ETO time to make up the difference. This has been the case for two years. If you save money for your employer, it is a surprise even to get a thanks once a year. As for loyalty, it matters not. You can be at a place for 6 months or 30 years and you are still considered the same. |

Even though there is loyalty required from the employee, I do not see much loyalty from the business to the employee. However, there are exceptions, and I'm thankful to work at one. |
