No matter what people will tell you on the nursing boards.. at this time nobody can offer you sponsorship. The H1B lottery is done for 2008 and the next lottery will be held in April 2009. There is currently a Bill before Congress that would release a large number of "schedule A" visas...these visas are exclusively for health care workers and are like H1Bs. I am currently signing clients in preparation for the passing of this bill. Here is what we can do for you. Find you a job, negotiate a salary, benefits, relocation etc, we will also take care of your visa paper work.....all this at no cost to you. We are paid by the employer.
