I am a Indian nurse,recently i got a Texas RN License,presently i am in USA with H4 visa,i would like to change my status in to workpermit.I didnt contact any agency yet,my plan would be to get a job offer and apply for status change through immigration lawyer,is it correct process or i have to get sponsorship from hospital,if it is so ,anyone suggest me the sponsoring agency or hospital or instead i have to take any other step?

No way for you to do that now. Unless your H1 husband got a green card for you.

I am a nepali nurse,I passed NCLEX and got a RN license from TEXAS state.Presently I am in F2 status.Now i like to change my visa status into workpermit So that I could start to work as a RN here in USA.How can I proceed for it?
