Hope things worked out for you Stacey! Well my name is Medje. I am an RN. I am BSN prepared with three licenses NY, NJ and CA. I require sponsorship to work and I am still having trouble finding a hospital or an agency that can sponsor me. Could someone please point me in the right direction?!

Thank you for your interest Mr/Ms or Mrs. Sponsorship means that I am on a certain type of visa that requires the intervention of a healthcare facility or that of an agency for possible adjustment of status in order for me to work. Such facility or agency would have me sign a contract in which would be stipulated the length of time I would have to stay committed to them (usually 2-3y), The minimum base pay rate with possibility of increase as well as any other allowed benefits, Penalty for a breach of contract etc...In exchange for my faithful commitment to such agency I would benefit from an adjustment of status. Adjustment of status just means that the said agency would help me apply for an H1 visa (essentially a working visa) or a green card. Because I don't know how clear and/or thorough I am being with my explanation I would advise you to please see an immigration lawyer in order for you to gain further insight. Here are some basic information that you might want to get from me:
-Type of visa: F1
-Where I studied nursing: at Seton Hall University in South Orange NJ. Graduated in 2007. Have worked as a charge nurse on a vent Unit and also as a transport nurse dealing with diabetic and autistic children.
-Types RN licenses: NJ, NY, CA.
Again thank you for your interest. Hope to hear from you soon.
