I am an RN licensed with Michigan and I am looking for a nursing position within Detroit or South Michigan. I have visa screen issued May 2008. I am a permanent resident of Canada, Philippine citizenship and would like to commute from Sarnia, ON to place of work. I am not eligible for a TN visa as it only applies to citizens of Canada and Mexico.

i have completed diploma in general nursing in 2005 with 69.70%.
ielts score ( overall:6.0 r-6,l-6,s-6,w-5.5)
4 year clinical experience
i am married and my wifw have same qualification, same band in ielts.
kindly suggest me for canada pr.

Hi Nikunj bhatt,

If you want to become a PR of Canada you can apply independently. A lot of information plus forms for downloading are available in the website of Citizenship and Immigration Canada. www.cic.gc.ca/english. If you want to practice as a nurse here in Canada you have to have your credentials accredited in the province you wish to practice in. In Ontario, you apply with the College of Nurses Ontario, they will assess your credentials and grant you approval to take the Canadian Nursing Exam.

I applied for Denmark work permit under Green card scheme on 18th feb-09 at chennai consulate in India
I not yet received any status about my visa
Plz suggest me what I do further for my visa

Hi Friends,
I applied for Canada PR. Last week I got letter for subitting Medical and Passport. I attended for Medical tests. Doctor didn't mention anything about health problems. From some sites, I got some info. If we have any problems then doctor will tell something regarding that problem. Else doctor wouldn't mention anything.
Is it correct?
Within how many days we will get visa stamping after submitting passport.
