Is there anyone who has started a home care agency, and has been successful? If so, I'd really like to you talk about it. I'm having a little bit of trouble with mine, and I'd really like to speak to someone who has been where I am, and made it through to the other side.

Your location isn't important. I just want to know how I should go about this, and things to look out for and such.
