what level of degree do you need to be a nicu nurse? Also are there still a lot of jobs for nurses with associate degrees?

Here is a pretty good introduction to what neonatal nurses do and what it takes to become one: www.texas-nursing-schools.com/Neonatal-Nursing.php There should be plenty of jobs for nurses with associate degrees although lately it has become harder to find jobs.
