I just completed classes and I am state tested and I have been applying to two jobs per day and I have gotten just one call back. Are they cutting back on STNA's or something? Is there a huge backlog? I am set to go to college this fall to become an RN but I am starting to rethink that idea. Do males have a harder time finding a job as an STNA?

I just need some pointers. I have been hitting the pavement about every day and applying to most of them that I see. Any tips on things I can try would be great. Thanks!
