I got my CNA through lahey hospital. They did a program for a while with red cross and paid a few of us to go through classes and have a year contract with them. I don't know if they still do this program but you can probably ask red cross. I also here some employment agencies are doing this also, my friend was doing that one. They are normally listed as looking for "trainee" in job listings
