i am experienced to the max i started out working in assisted living sector then i moved on to the long termed skilled care facilities i posted my resume on every web site nknow to man kind for one end to the other i am not scare of work i am use to handling a patient ratio of 15 to 20 and still cant find a job . whats wit that it is getting kind of discouraging and i am ready to say for get it. i would be grateful if some could help me out !
