Any positions for CNAs without experience in Raleigh, Durham or Chapel?

I am certified as a NA 1 in NC, I have a bachelor's degree and I have done some volunteering at the Duke Hospital and around the Durham area. I have applied to just about every nursing home and hospital in the area, and I have only gotten one interview, which I thought went well. However, no call back or offer.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should do to obtain a position or any leads on positions? I am not particularly interested in home health since I am on the small side, and I really cannot lift anyone greater than maybe 120lbs. Also, I am not a good cook.
