Need LNHA in OH and OK

I have a total of 4 opportunities available. One is a facility that would be a good start for a new LNHA, and the other 3 need experienced LNHA that can handle a high skilled census in good sized facilities. Email jmiller@tobinsearch.com for more info.

I am an Ohio licensed nursing home administrator. I have over 25 years of experience as a administrator, executive director and consultant. I have been spending some time in Florida over the winter, but I am about to return to Ohio. I am seeking an opportunity in Central Ohio or really anywhere in Ohio. I've been a licensed administrator since 1991. I've been with the same company since i started but am always willing to keep my options open. I went to Ohio State and have always wanted to return to Columbus someday. I'm currently running a 121 bed skilled facility with 94% average occupancy. I have a 24 bed vent unit here too.

I am currently working for Ohio KePRO as a project leader and have been there for over 5 years overseeing QI projects for multiple. NHs and Hospitals. I also have about 5 years experience of L-T care mgmt.
I have experience working with the government at all levels (CMS, ODH, local hlth dept.s, etc.). Because CMS's QIO program is a contract position and I like to keep my options open at the end of a contract period.

I am licensed in WV and have been an assistant NHA for about 5 years and prior to that a DON for 4 years. I have also consulted in the past.

I am licensed in Ohio and recently graduated from OSU law school. As strange as it may sound, I do not want to practice law. I want to pursue an career in LTC. Are there any opportunities available in the Columbus area? Thanks.

I practiced law in Ohio for 20 years before becoming an NHA. I have a year's experience as an NHA. I'm currently not working, and have been totally unable to find another position. Mucho luck.

I can work 2 to 3 days per week as an interim admministrator and consultant in Central Ohio. Currently residen in Hebron, Ohio 29 miles East of Columbus

I am sorry to say that we do not have positions like this. My suggestion would be for you to call the facilities in your area and let the current administrator know that. You might be able to cover for someone on vacation or if they leave, you might be able to take an interim position. Our clients always ask for full time people. Good luck.
