MO NHA Position

I am a newly licensed NHA in MO, and I'm looking for a first and hopefully only facility. I have been in healthcare for almost 20 years, with most of that in geriatrics. I've been an RN for 10 years and served as DON for several years at a facility in south west Missouri, gaining a Zero deficiency survey, and several other good surveys. The military and nursing has giving me a lot of leadership experience, and owning my own business has helped me greatly with finances. Does anyone out there have any direction for me to look for a facility and organization dedicated to excellent care?

Also Life Care Centers has a position in Cape Girardeau Mo. I dont know much about the company but I havent heard anything negative about them either. Might not hurt to check to check it out. Hope the information helps.
