any input on negotiating

I am going on a 2nd interview in the am with the president of the co. This would be my first building..it is a tad bit census challenged due only to the fact of a new build locally...it runs well, has very few staffing challenges..the expectation is that the admin will be heavy into the marketing of the building -
I have a strong background in this....it is in the cleveland ohio area...any input on where I might be negotiating salary wise?? Keep in mind, it is a large building, but It would be my first one...anyone that could give me a realistic idea , I would appreciate it very much!!
