I have worked in nursing homes as a CNA/QMA for over 10 years and have recently completed my bachelor's degree in healthcare administration. I am continuing my education and will receive my master's in healthcare administration and business management in about 18 months.

Have you called IHCA? They can give you names of preceptors, then call them and ask if they are accepting AIT's that's what I did.
