Executive Director search - must have a Pennsylvania NHA license

Please let me know if you or someone you know may be interested in exploring an Executive Director position.

The position is located in the Northeastern PA area. Relocation assistance available.

The Executive Director is responsible for providing leadership, staff development, budgeting, and management of key services in accordance with policies and current federal, state, and local regulations that govern assisted living facilities to ensure each resident receives the necessary services.

Proven leadership experience is a must!

Requires at least 5-10 years experience in a Director level position.

A qualified candidate must have experience in the assisted living environment.

A LNHA license is required (preferably in the State of PA) a PCHA license for assisted living would be a big plus, but not required.

Salary is negotiable and is commensurate with ability and experience.
