NHA positions in Northeastern PA

My name is Jennifer and I am currently looking for a NHA position within the Northeastern PA region. I have been in the field of LTC for 7 years and have a current NHA license. Any suggestions would be helpful.

What type of experience do you have in LTC? Have you been a Director or Admin before? I have been searching myself in OHio and having limited interest from employers becuase I do not have experience. I would imagine your experience will be helpful.

I sent my resume via email. My experience is: Social Service Director (within this position I did every job within the nursing home), Quality Assurance Risk Manager, (I audit the entire building for compliance with the state and federal regulations) and a brief period as NHA administrator at a TCU unit within a hospital, however the hospital decided to close and reorganize the hospital structure.

I have just under 4 years of ltc experience. I have experience turning buildings around in the survey process. I live in NEPA and would like to speak if you anything available

I live in noetheast PA and I am a licensed NHA since Sept 08 with 27 years of progressive long term care experience including management.
All NHA positions I have come across are looking for min 2years NHA experience. Assistant NHA are rare so how do I get the experience? I have been looking for some one to give me the opportunity 10 months and I'm starting to get discouraged
