Thank you W Jackson for the information. I will send in my resume for review. In addition, I have ammended my relocation options. I am currently willing to consider opportunities throughout Texas (Not just Dallas and Austin as previously posted) Secondly, I would strongly consider relocating out of state given the right opportunity. After almost 10 years as an administrator I would like to make the move into larger Skilled Nursing or Assisted Living Facilities. Preferrably 170 +. Lastly, I would also consider an assistant administrator/executive director position in a larger facility if a reasonable opportunity exists within the Organization to advance into Senior Leadership roles, either in larger facilities or multi-facility operations, based on performance I can be contacted at the following: aaron.petrus@yahoo.com, aaron_petrus@tmo.blackberry.net

I have been in the field since 1987 and never hurt for a position. It is also a high paying field depending on which state you are in. I would say average pay is 75 to 105 thousand. Right now CT, NC, SC, FL,CA,TX,and possible AZ are the most demand. In WA it is the tightest I have ever seen it but you can usually always find something. It is the highest regulated field over nuclear so it can be demanding. If you are going into this field don't waist time on Doc. By the way. I also started out as a QMRP. Take care and good luck. |

I too will be starting an AIT program. I was not as ucky as you to find a paying one but you must think the reward will be far better. You have your masters so it will be only six months that you have to put up with that. then you will be off to making the big bucks. look at the big picture you may have to budget for six months. Even try getting assistance if you have to go this route!

how long were u a q. basically I just took this job to kill time untill I get the offer from zCountry villa as a paid perceptor. I feel bad if I would have to leave this job after only being here just two months, But once I get this Paid AIt position thats it. When employeers see myr esume they think im bouncing from o ne job tot he next i only stay in j9obs for a year bec I get better offers else where. I just wanna know that if i leave the q position for an AIT position is it worth it bec right now my wife is about to be laid off and i got a kid and a apartment to rent |
