Hello all,
I have a need for an interim administrator in PA. This assignment will likely contract out at 60 days. Pay is extremly competitve and we will of course provide housing and insurance if needed. I need an administrator who has anywhere from 3-5 recent years of experience. Currently, I have three openings. Please let me know if you would like to discuss this opportunity further.

Good for you Stacey, I wish you well in your NHA pursuit. It appears as if you are heading in the right direction. I would strongly encourage you to contact the NHA board in PA for additional information which will qualify you for testing eligibility. Be aware that PA does not have a formal/recognized AIT program as of yet.

Hi Stephen,
I went to Gettysburg College for 2 years. Your address caught my eye! I am a LNHA in NY. Is there reciprocity in PA or would I have to take another test?

Hi Amanda:
Do you know of any A.I.T. programs in PA? I have my bachelor's degree in Psychology and have already completed my 120 hours of course work for long term care adminstration, but am having trouble obtaining a position for the 1500 hours of training. I have been working as a caregiver for seven years, but feel that I could help more individuals as an adminstrator. Any information that you could provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!
Cathy
