I am looking into NHA and have a few questions.

Is turnover really that high? Am I supposed to expect to lose my job every 2 years?

Do companies look away when you keep losing your job? Are some panies or facility types (ex rural or urban facilities) better for keeping your job?

If you are successful/profitable will you keep your job?

Do they provide severance packages?

Have a good team surrounding you and you are fine. Nursing is what usually gets administrators, so having the knowledge about nursing regs, making sure your staff is happy, and you keep in contact with families is vital.
