Greetings,I am stumped at finding employment as a LNHA.It is crazy how the employer expects you to have at least a min. of 2 yrs. of work experiance. How are you suppose to get work experiance if no one gives you a chance. I have a masters degree in health care administration and two bachelor degrees. I have the knowledge and the opportunity I just need a chance to prove myself. If anyone has any suggestions please post them for me. Also if anyone knows a recuriter please refer me to them. |

I'm serving on a search committee looking for an administrator for a pediatric skilled nursing facility. We have 58 residents & 120 employees. We are licensed to care for children at birth until they reach the age of eighteen. How do I contact you? |
