I have a MBA and will be taking my nursing home administrator licensing exam in a few weeks. I understand that in Florida, I will need a company sponsor. Is this correct? Are there LTC or assisted living facilities in Florida that hire new licensed administrators with no experience?

hi. i just took my nclex here in california yesterday and im staying with a tourist visa... i have a cgfns certificate already... can i work at a nursing home and will they be able to sponsor my stay here in the u.s.? i just wana work asap. thanks. i know its hard to find a hospital job for me. any suggestions pls. thanks again.
