I would like to know how are your scores looked at compared to other parts of your application, such as volunteer work or grade point average....

I am really stressed and have to wait until april for an answer.

thank you

I have applied to three schools for the 2009 school year. With all of them I was told overall GPA, letters of reference, senior GPA, and life expereince were taken into account in addition to GRE scores.

I scored 550math/420 verbal/4.5 writing. Not the greatest in the world, but not a smudge on my application. 1000 is recommended, but not required most places. I have been assured my 37% placement puts me in good standing at all three programs. Good luck and do not stress.
