I work at a post acute rehab center and it is my first job. Wondering what the pay SHOULD be for a place like that for a new grad? It seems like it is a very stressful job. I gave them a number at my interview even though I had no clue and that is what they offered me... Wondering if I should have went higher! :/ Thanks!

My first job out of school paid $20 an hour. A year later, I got another job paying $28 an hour. Both were in SNF's. And yes, it is a stressful job, especially now w/ the changes in medicare reimbursement.
