people anymore will look for the easiest way out with the most benifit for themselves,more so kids!I still beleive in hard work,sorry I have worked hard since I was 14 I do beleive too though to have a group of hard workers you have to have a person willing to stand beside thse workers to help them with any problems that might arise,thats where to me a good supervisor comes in,not someone who doesnt know what their people are dpoig and doesnt have the capability to do their work,but someone who can talk,lead,conquer the challenge before them all
