Personal skills: knowing how to please and satisfy different types of people; convince them that you know what is best for their eyes, and get them to like you.

being organized helps

if you have your own practice, it will all come down to your relationship with your patients and their families. Get them to love you and you will do well! Basically, be very friendly, happy and helpfull.
