if youre a orthodontic assitant , please use the term THERAPIST ,not assistant ' ya'll are so much more then a assistant , this is a professional career not just a job, and yes in the uk they use the term therapist. to me the term assistant isnt professional ,speacilly not in this career.and by all means ask for more money u therapist are so worth it ya'll are are. without ya'll in the office it would be a mess for sure.. never sale youre self short!!!!!
