From the Wall St. Journal: "But eDiscovery is the hottest thing right now in corporate legal departments. The software scans documents and looks for important keywords and phrases, displacing lawyers and paralegals who charge hundreds of dollars per hour to read the often millions of litigation documents." |

Well, like I posted in another thread, I know of at least two firms here who have outsourced their paralegal work. Once a "fast growing" field and now going toward obsolete. |

Great. All that article will do is encourage more people to think it's a growing field and go to school for a certificate and ultimately join what is already a bloated reservoir of candidates for jobs. Oy. |
