I am applying to get my associates degree in Paralegal studies. There is a requirement to fulfill 60 units with 12 of those being electives for the paralegal program. They are all 3 units, so I would need to pick 4 out of the following. Can any paralegals out there give me suggestions on which would the best to take?

Tort Law
Wills, Trusts, and Probate Administration
Law Office Management and Procedures
Civil and Criminal Evidence
Family Law
Entertainment Law
Property and Creditor Rights
Probate Procedures
Immigration Law

Here in NYC, it seems virtually impossible to get a job in immigration law if you don't speak a foreign language. I'd imagine it's the same ay in CA so if you don't know one, taking immigration law might be a waste of time.
