Paralegals, past and present: It seems that stress is a common denominator for all of us. For currently employed paralegals, what coping mechanisms do you use to manage stress? And for those who are no longer employed as paralegals, is there anything you would have done differently to cope with the stress you experienced?

My workplace stress coping mechanisms for when things get crazy in the office:
1. I go for little walks when I need to. Just 15 minutes out of the office does wonders.
2. If I'm working on a deadline, I reward myself once I have met the deadline with a little snack. (smiles) Okay, sometimes I have a little snack in the middle of the project. Little snacks are wonderful things.
3. I go into an empty conference room or some other private place and take some deep breaths and pray to be calm and poised.
